The Office of Child Development is now accepting enrollments for Full Day State Preschool at the Marshall Children's Center. Parents enrolling must be working, going to school or seeking employment and must meet income eligibility guidelines.
Enrollment Requirements
- Child must be at least 2 years 9 months and completely toilet trained
- Proof of income (at least one month's of pay stubs)
- Proof of residency
- Proof of need
- Current immunization records and physical examination
- Copy of birth certificate for every child in the household
- Copy of legal notice of separation or divorce
- Copy of court order stipulating child support
- Additional requirements for parents in school, training or seeking employment

The Office of Child Development is now accepting enrollments for before/after school childcare! Space is available at the following Fun Club locations: Butterfield Ranch, Country Springs, Hidden Trails, Rhodes, Levi Dickey, and our newest locations - Chaparral and Litel. Please note; space is not available at the Rolling Ridge, Liberty and Newman Fun Clubs. If you are interested in childcare at the Rolling Ridge, Liberty or Newman Fun Club, please call the Office of Child Development to be placed on a wait list.
If you are interested in enrolling for before/after school childcare, simply print and complete the following enrollment forms and return to the Office of Child Development today!
Space is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
The Office of Child Development provides assistance for families who meet income and need eligibility guidelines at the Chaparral, Levi Dickey, Newman and Liberty locations. For more information on subsidies for low-income families, contact Maria Scott at (909) 628-1201, ext. 6764.

- Parent(s) must work or go to school
- Family must reside in Chino Valley Unified School District
- Family gross monthly income must meet Income Eligibility guidelines
- Parent must be on San Bernardino County Centralized Eligibility List (CEL)
- Child must be enrolled in grades K-6th

 PREGNANT AND PARENTING TEEN EDUCATION The Chino Valley Unified School District provides a variety of support services and childcare to help pregnant teens, teen mothers, and teen fathers continue their education and successfully earn their high school diploma. Some of the support services we offer include, but are not limited to:
- Counseling
- Transportation to/from school
- Childcare for children of teens enrolled in Cal-SAFE
- Meal supplements for pregnant teens
- Nutritious meals for children enrolled in childcare
- Post-partum home visits
- Well baby checks
- Parenting education
- Academic checks and ongoing followup
- WIC and Medi-Cal referrals

Save time and print your enrollment forms online! Upon completion of your enrollment forms, submit them in person to the Office of Child Development at 2730 S Bon View Avenue, in the city of Ontario. The 2010-2011 Summer Fun Club Childcare/Enrichment will be held at two locations: Hidden Trails and Liberty.
Open the file to view the summer fliers and to download and print the Summer Enrollment Packet. Fun Club is a parent-funded enrichment/childcare facility that is operated by the Chino Valley Unified School District Office of Child Development, serves CVUSD students grades K-6th and is conviently located on your child's school campus.

Space availability is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
Located at Country Springs Fun Club and operated by CVUSD Office of Child Development, this program provides readiness skills for kindergarten. Eligible children must be 4-yrs old on or before December 2. This program is fully funded by parent fees as follows: M-W-F @ $80/week or T-Th @ $60/week.
Space availability is limited to 18 students per schedule. Space is offered on a first come, first serve basis. New enrollments into the Kindergarten Readiness Program are not accepted after the first six weeks of class.

Located at 5196 Philadelphia Ave., in Chino, the Children's Center is a state-funded childcare and development program for children 3-10 years old. Income and need criteria must be met to qualify for the program.
